Vocabulary is important when studying anything new. Reading a new book is much more interesting if you know what all the words mean. Watching a movie about wizards makes much more sense if you know what the spells mean. Today we worked on words that we will be using throughout this unit. For each word they found the text based definition from the book with its location, wrote a student-friendly definition and drew a picture of what the definition means to them. We also drew the basic parts of an atom and of a single box on the periodic table. | SN 46 Atom & Periodic Table Vocabulary SN 47 Atom and Periodic Table Basics |
